1、 Power of three-phase asynchronous motor

Choosing too much power is not economical, and choosing too little power can easily damage the motor due to overload.

1. For continuously running motors, the selected power should be equal to or slightly greater than the power of the production machinery.

2. For motors that operate for a short period of time, a brief overload is allowed during operation, so the selected power can be equal to or slightly less than the power of the production machinery.

2、 Types and types of three-phase asynchronous motors

1. Selection of types

In general applications, squirrel cage motors should be selected as much as possible. Only in situations where speed regulation is required and squirrel cage motors cannot be used, wire wound motors should be selected. In the current situation where variable frequency speed regulation is very popular, squirrel cage motors are also chosen for speed regulation, but independent fan variable frequency speed regulation motors should be selected.

2. Selection of structural types

Choose different structural types according to the working environment conditions, such as open type, protective type, and enclosed type motors; Selection of structural torque; And the selection of connection and installation methods.

3、 Voltage and speed of three-phase asynchronous motor

It is determined based on the type, power, and power supply voltage of the electric motor at the location of use. The rated voltage of the Y series squirrel cage motor is only 380V. Only high-power motors use 3000V and 6000V.
